About the Program

Our Professional Skill Development initiative aims to equip young Indians with essential skills. ERMPL Training Centre offers a 21-day training program in Core Employability Domain Skills such as Banking & Finance Management, Pharmaceuticals Management, Communicative English, Digital Literacy, and Aptitude. Post-training, we provide placement opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the “face” of the company for all visitors.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect or keep messages.
  • Check, sort, and forward emails.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain updated records and files.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
  • Familiarity with computers, excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Understanding of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Ability to handle a multi-line phone system.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Fast learning ability with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask responsibilities efficiently.
  • Commitment to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Alignment with ERMPL’s mission and values.
